Mel’s Haven

Mel came to JOSCON with a clear vision: to create a quality home that made the most of a smaller footprint. Together, we developed a custom design that achieves an incredible amount within just 103m².

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home showcases quality and thoughtful design throughout. A vaulted ceiling and skylight create a sense of openness in the main living area, while large glass sliding doors connect the home to the outdoors and fill the space with natural light.

We were proud to showcase Mel’s home as a temporary display home, where its considered design, beautiful selections and quality craftsmanship left a lasting impression on everyone who walked through the door.
