From the literal moment Scott picked up the very first phone call, we knew we could trust and put all our faith in JOSCON Tasmania to build our forever home. We had not built before- so trust, transparency & the ability to have a close working relationship with a building company was vital. JOSCON Tasmania exceeded our expectations. From Scott’s initial guidance right through to key handover we felt that we were supported the entire journey. From initial discussions and planning with Scott and Matt, interior consults with Isabel and on site with Julian and Jordy we felt that we were amongst friends who were genuinely passionate to create our perfect home and were invested enough to even learn our children’s names, which blew us away! It was important to us that we never felt like a number or “get lost” amongst thousands of clients, a feeling that perhaps you might find from a larger building institution, JOSCON is the perfect solution as you get exceptional builds with a “small” local builder feel. JOSCON never treated us like a number and whenever we called or emailed, they were receptive and always willing to engage- no question was a silly one- albeit I do know we had some great giggles along the way! With building there are naturally hiccups, and when we did have mini hiccups JOSCON were exceptional in navigating us through them together always promptly finding resolutions. The quality of our build is exceptional and three months in we are just as happy as we were our key handover day, with a CSR HIA Tasmanian Housing Awards finalist nomination! I would also like to mention that due to our very specific needs of what we needed from our home, JOSCON along with Simon (from Valentine Interior and Design) were able to help us create a custom build which services our needs and then some, whilst even safeguarding and saving space for some future projects! I would NEVER build again, and not because of some horror stories you hear about within the building industry , but because JOSCON Tasmania has built us our dream quality home, that we will forever cherish and proud to own.
